This package creates a strong, informed base (physically, emotionally and practically) for your journey ahead.

Delivered either in the comfort of your own home or at a mutually agreed neutral location, these four private sessions are tailored entirely to your needs, values and birth preferences.

Across your sessions, we will explore:

The physiology of birth and how to create your ideal birth environment

Non-medical comfort measures, coping strategies and personalised birth planning

Medical pain relief options and interventions so you can make informed, confident decisions

The fourth trimester and preparing for recovery, feeding and life with your newborn

Each session is unhurried and centred around you, your questions, your body and your circumstances. You will also receive a 6–8 week post-birth check-in, offering space to reflect on your experience and receive continued nurturing support.

The Foundation is ideal for families seeking in-depth preparation, privacy and a grounded, holistic approach to birth.

the
4th trimester

Birth is not the end of the journey.

It is the beginning of a complete physical, emotional, and identity transformation and most women are never truly prepared for it.

This afternoon session is dedicated entirely to preparing you for the fourth trimester: the weeks and months after birth that are often overlooked, under-supported, and misunderstood.

Together, we explore what recovery really looks like physically, emotionally, mentally, and relationally. We cover nervous system support, realistic postpartum planning, identity shifts, rest, nourishment, boundaries, support systems, and how to protect your wellbeing while caring for a new baby.

You’ll leave with practical tools, a personalised postpartum preparation plan, and a deeper understanding of what mothers truly need after birth not just babies.

This is not about “bouncing back.”
It’s about being held, informed, and prepared for the transition into motherhood with softness, honesty, and support.

This is Not a Standard Antenatal Class

This is preparation at a deeper level.

With a doula, you’ll learn how your body is designed to birth, protect your environment and nervous system, navigate choices confidently, and prepare for postpartum in a way that honours you, not just your baby.

Over four days, we cover: birth physiology, creating an optimal birth environment, comfort measures, birth planning, partner preparation, and postpartum recovery.

You’ll leave with a clear birth plan, practical tools, realistic postpartum preparation, and calm confidence going into labour.

This is not about a “perfect” birth.
It’s about education, composure, and empowerment  walking into birth steady, prepared, and supported.
