Project Village was founded by Stacey Sylvester-Sargon, a mother, trained birth and postpartum doula, and passionate advocate for better maternal support.

Rooted in lived experience and professional training, Project Village was created to make evidence-informed antenatal education, practical resources and personalised support more accessible to families.

​

What began with Pamper & Play™, creating opportunities for mothers to receive care while their children were looked after, helped shape the direction of the organisation. While that initiative has now concluded, its purpose has evolved rather than diminished.

Today, Project Village focuses on helping parents feel informed, prepared and supported from pregnancy through birth and into early motherhood.
