About
The Story

Project Village is a heartfelt non-profit founded by Stacey Sylvester-Sargon — a devoted mother, trained birth and postpartum doula.
At its core, Project Village exists to support the health and wellbeing of mothers. While our Pamper & Play™ initiative is no longer active, our purpose remains unchanged: we are rooted in love, compassion, and empowerment, now walking alongside parents from the very start to lay the foundations of confidence, clarity, and support. When parents are given space to learn, ask questions, and feel truly supported, birth and early parenthood become steadier and more grounded.
My journey into doula work comes from both lived experience and professional training. Navigating pregnancy, birth, and raising my child independently showed me the importance of feeling seen, heard, and prepared.
Project Village is, and always will be, about community, warmth, and knowing someone is walking beside you.
Together, we nurture stronger beginnings — one mother, one family, one birth, one village at a time.
