Prepare for motherhood. Build your foundations. Create your village.

the
gathering
This is not a standard antenatal class.
This is preparation at a deeper level.
With a doula, you’ll learn how your body is designed to birth, protect your environment and nervous system, navigate choices confidently, and prepare for postpartum in a way that honours you, not just your baby.
Over four days, we cover: birth physiology, creating an optimal birth environment, comfort measures, birth planning, partner preparation, and postpartum recovery.
You’ll leave with a clear birth plan, practical tools, realistic postpartum preparation, and calm confidence going into labour.
This is not about a “perfect” birth.
It’s about education, composure, and empowerment walking into birth steady, prepared, and supported.

what families say
“Overall, we had a really positive experience with Stacey, and having her as part of our birth team was a real blessing. One of the things we valued most was how she aligned with our Christian faith, praying for us throughout pregnancy, labour, and birth, and supporting us in a way that reflected our values.
Stacey is warm, compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the families she supports. Her antenatal sessions helped us feel informed, confident, and well prepared for birth. During labour, she remained calm and encouraging, even as our journey became much longer and more complex than we had anticipated.
We were also incredibly grateful for her ability to build positive relationships with the NHS staff caring for me, including the midwives and other healthcare professionals involved in my care. This helped create a collaborative and supportive environment throughout labour and birth.
Most importantly, Stacey always respected our wishes while helping us navigate changing circumstances. When important decisions needed to be made, she helped create the space for us to consider our options and make informed choices that felt right for our family. We are incredibly grateful for her support and would wholeheartedly recommend her to other families considering doula support. 💚”
